Hand Up, Guns Down

Chester officials, police officers from the city and Wilmington, and citizens gathered for an open forum at the Better Living Center (BLC) to discuss proper protocol during a police encounter. A panel, which included Mayor John Linder and a local defense attorney answered questions posed by members of the community.
